Interactions to respect
MAOIs — Hypertensive-crisis risk — do not combine. · ADHD stimulants — Additive cardiovascular strain and anxiety.
What Yohimbine is
Yohimbine is an alkaloid from Pausinystalia yohimbe, an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist used for fat loss and erectile dysfunction.
The honest bottom line
Works for fasted fat loss and ED, but the anxiety and cardiovascular effects make it a poor fit for many. Start low, avoid with stimulants or if anxious/hypertensive.
