The evidence in words
The interaction
Vitamin B6 and Magnesium — a synergy interaction. Common PMS pairing; complementary mechanisms.
What to do
These two complement each other — taking them together is reasonable and, for the stated reason, may work better than either alone.
About Vitamin B6
B6 is a water-soluble vitamin whose active form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), is a cofactor for over a hundred enzymes, especially those handling amino acids and neurotransmitters. Frank deficiency is uncommon but subclinical low status occurs.
The bigger picture
Supplement–drug and supplement–supplement interactions are the reason a stack should be read as a system, not a list. This platform's interactions graph maps them; the medication side always belongs with the person who prescribes it.
